- Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Client Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice, in line with the termination terms set out in the contract. Outstanding fees for services provided up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
